Make In-Person Connections with Government Meeting Planners
Raise your profile with government meeting planners and market directly to government prospects at the 2019 NEC Expo to be held June 26, 2019 from 11:15 am to 12:45 pm EST. CVBs, hotels, and other suppliers of goods and services to government meetings are invited to exhibit or sponsor the event. Select sponsorships include an exhibit space as part of the package benefits. All exhibitors and sponsors receive an electronic copy of the list of government planners in attendance, and only planners and exhibitors are allowed access to the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibit booths are 10’x10’ and cost $2,200 which covers one booth space and one registration for the attendee. An additional staff person can be added for $1,200 with a two-person maximum per booth. Those seeking a larger booth or who want to bring more staff may purchase multiple booths. We anticipate having 65 booths available. Exhibitor Refunds and Cancellations
Exhibit space may be cancelled up to 120 days before the event. All cancellations must be in writing. A full refund less a $250 handling fee will be made. No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than 120 days before the event. In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor at any time, SGMP shall have the right to rent the space to anyone else, without obligation to return the amount already paid, and the right to retain such amount as liquidated damages.
