Planner Bootcamp

This session will teach you best practices and standards in the hospitality industry for setting up events, which include timelines, request for proposals, contract negotiations, food and beverage procedures, function room setups, audiovisual needs and sample task lists. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned planner, there is something new for everyone!

Business Etiquette and Protocol

This session is included as part of both the Planner and Supplier Bootcamps. There is no separate registration fee for this session.

Business Etiquette and Protocol- Mastering Customer Engagements
This session will help you strengthen first-impression skills while working to develop strong customer relationships across your organization or company and achieve positive and professional interactions with customers, partners and colleagues. The presentation will cover attending and hosting military meetings and meetings with high-level officials including demystifying ranks and abbreviations. It will conclude with how to be a welcoming host while hosting customers and clients at socials and meals.
